These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website www.theolivequeen.co.uk and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions whether or not you choose to register and/or order from us.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us.
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page, and you should check these periodically because you are bound by these. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, we advise that you should not continue to use this website.
Ordering
We are only able to accept orders through this website for delivery to addresses within the UK mainland. For delivery to addresses outside of the UK mainland, please contact us.
To make an order online you will have to go through our online checkout process. If you prefer to pay by cheque contact us direct on enquiries@theolivequeen.co.uk. As part of this process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement which will detail the products you have ordered.
To make a payment you may use those credit/debit cards as shown in the ProtX panel at various locations on this website. If you are unsure as to the validity of your payment method, please contact us.
When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order for whatever reason or you have cancelled your order within the period as set out inthe ‘cancellations, returns and refund section’.
Reasons why we may refuse to accept your order are as follows:
1. We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
2. If there has been a pricing or product description error
Although we will always aim to have sufficient product stock, there may be times when stock has run out for whatever reason. If in the event of the product you have ordered not being in stock, we will contact you to discuss this further.
Our prices
All our prices where relevant include VAT. The Olive Queen Ltd VAT no. is 902 5637 38.
Our prices are reviewed periodically to remain competitive and may change subject to this periodic review.
All prices are given in UK pound sterling (£). Upon receipt of your order your card will be debited for the full amount, less, if applicable any redeemable voucher value entered as a code at the checkout point.
Package and delivery charges are £4.70 (inclusive of VAT) per delivery address. That means that however many products you order at any one time, there is only one delivery charge for that order. This delivery charge will be added at the checkout point. We are only able to despatch your orders Monday – Friday except bank holidays.
Delivery charges given above are only for addresses in the UK mainland. For delivery charges outside the UK mainland please contact us as these may vary according to destination and weight.

We will aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, but if for any reason we are not able to, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. If this is not possible, we will arrange for a full refund.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges may be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address at the discretion of The Olive Queen Ltd. In the unlikely event of any difficulty arising we will contact you immediately via email to discuss further arrangements.
If you want us to deliver to an alternative address that is different from the address shown on your registration details, please indicate the preferred delivery address at the payment point or via email.
Cancellation, returns and refund policy
At The Olive Queen we aim to provide quality products and excellent service to our customers.
1. If you have any problems relating to products ordered or received and need a refund for any reason, please contact us. We are happy discuss any issues you may have and will aim to resolve these as quickly as possible.
2. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time up to despatch by email ( enquiries@theolivequeen.co.uk) and we will arrange for a full refund.
3. We will aim to arrange for refund within 30 days.
The provisions of the above do not affect your statutory rights.
